Landlord and homeowner gas safety checks from Gas Safe registered engineers.
Everyone needs to know that their gas central heating and boiler system is safe. If you plan to rent out a property, an official gas safety check is a legal requirement, carried out every 12 months by a Gas Safe registered engineer under the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998.
This safety check is a legal requirement for landlords renting out a property. It involves checking the safety features of all the gas appliances within the property and does not include any repair work.
Carbon monoxide symptoms are similar to flu, food poisoning, viral infections and simply tiredness, which is why they're often mistaken for something else.
